This fully remote role offers the opportunity to manage complex disputes within the automotive claims and total loss lifecycle.You’ll focus on vehicle relocation, towing, storage, repair facility, and lien-related matters, driving timely and cost-effective resolutions.Working across Claims, Salvage, Finance, Legal, and external partners, you’ll play a key role in reducing financial exposure while supporting strong customer outcomes.The position combines investigation, negotiation, financial analysis, litigation coordination, and relationship management.You’ll have the opportunity to influence vendors, challenge unnecessary costs, and develop practical strategies for resolving complex files.Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to balance business, legal, operational, and customer considerations.It is an impactful opportunity for an experienced claims professional to contribute to continuous improvement and stronger claims outcomes.
