Associate Director, Incentive Compensation

Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Incentive Compensation based in the United States. The Associate Director, Incentive Compensation will serve as a strategic and technical leader supporting sales organizations through effective, data-driven incentive programs. This role owns incentive compensation activities for assigned therapeutic areas, from plan design and modeling through analytics, communication, and operational execution. You will translate complex performance data into actionable insights that help senior leaders make informed decisions about field motivation and business performance. The position combines advanced analytics, commercial strategy, stakeholder management, and strong knowledge of incentive compensation practices. You will partner closely with sales leadership, headquarters teams, internal stakeholders, and external data providers in a complex, highly collaborative environment.
