This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Appointment Setter based in Brazil. This is a fully remote B2B sales opportunity focused on turning LinkedIn conversations and inbound interest into qualified discovery calls.You’ll own the top of the sales pipeline, engaging founders, marketers, and other decision-makers within target B2B businesses.The role combines personalized outreach, qualification, objection handling, CRM management, and disciplined follow-up.Rather than relying on mass messaging, you’ll be expected to understand prospects, write naturally, and create genuine sales conversations.Your performance will have a direct connection to revenue, with booked and attended calls contributing directly to new business.You’ll work closely with the founder in a lean, fast-moving environment where initiative, experimentation, and ownership are highly valued.This is an ideal role for an experienced setter who enjoys sales psychology, tracks performance closely, and wants to help build a scalable B2B sales system.
