Applications Engineer-CMM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Applications Engineer-CMM based in the United States. The Applications Engineer will provide technical expertise to customers using coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and gauging technologies. You will translate complex measurement and inspection requirements into practical, high-quality metrology solutions. The role combines application development, programming, troubleshooting, technical sales support, and customer training. You will develop inspection strategies and measurement programs for complex components while helping customers overcome technical challenges. The position involves close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle. With significant travel across the Midwest and occasional domestic travel, the role offers exposure to diverse manufacturing and quality environments.
