AI Graphic Designer - Performance Ads

As an AI Graphic Designer focused on performance advertising, you will create high-volume static ad creatives designed to capture attention and drive measurable results. You will transform creative briefs into polished, test-ready visual concepts and multiple variations for paid social campaigns. The role combines strong traditional design expertise with modern AI image-generation workflows to accelerate creative production and experimentation. You will work closely with creative strategy and performance marketing teams, adapting concepts based on campaign results and feedback. Success requires both excellent visual judgment and an understanding of direct-response advertising principles. This is a hands-on production role suited to a designer who enjoys creating, testing, and iterating at speed.
