AI-First Senior Software Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI-First Senior Software Engineer based in Brazil. This is a hands-on senior engineering role focused on building modern, scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications while using AI to transform the software development lifecycle. You will combine deep software engineering expertise with an AI-first mindset to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and automate repetitive engineering workflows. The role centers on Java, Python, Microsoft Azure, Azure Databricks, microservices, and distributed systems. You will take end-to-end ownership of the services you build, from technical design through deployment and continuous improvement. Collaboration with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders will be central to your success. You will also help mentor other engineers and promote practical adoption of AI across engineering teams.
