Account Based Marketing Specialist

This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic account-based marketing initiatives within the learning and development industry. You will focus on understanding priority accounts as groups of real people with distinct challenges, goals, and buying motivations. Working closely with Sales and Marketing leadership, you will develop personalized, multi-channel campaigns designed to create meaningful engagement and generate qualified opportunities. You’ll combine creativity, strong industry knowledge, and data-driven analysis to build campaigns that stand out from generic outreach. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while continuously improving performance. You’ll also play an important role in strengthening Sales and Marketing alignment and building a scalable, human-centered ABM approach.
